As an established live event host, she has hosted short film premieres at the BAFTAs, regular festivals at The South Bank Centre, where she’s interviewed well-known children’s authors Jaqueline Wilson and Julian Clary, and hosted the Can You Dance festival at the MSC arena in Liverpool.
Kerry began her career training professionally in Dance and Musical Theatre from London Studio Centre and toured with various artists, most notably The Jacksons, as well as being in the ensemble for numerous pantomimes and working with companies Evolutions and Qdos. However, her dance career was cut short when Kerry broke her leg slipping over on the underground. She had to change careers and always looking at the positives, she moved over to acting and quickly landed one of the lead roles in the award-winning CBBC series Dixi. Alongside this role, Kerry utilised her dance background and was also the choreographer for all four seasons. Her other television credits include E4’s Misfits, Dave’s Crackanory, BBC’s Peter Pan Goes Wrong, MI High and feature film The Gamechangers.
As you can see, Kerry is a ball of energy and makes a success of whatever she puts her mind to.
