Daisy’s woodworking skills and passion for all things ‘hands on’ have seen her cutting her teeth in the ‘man’s world’ of joinery. She is also the co-founder of bespoke furniture-making company ‘Lula James’.
Daisy recently featured as part of BBC2’s ‘Saved & Remade’, joining the cast as the resident woodworking specialist, where she reimagines and repurposes contributor’s most sentimental items. She previously worked with Crisis charity as a volunteer teaching assistant, was the first woman ever to be invited onto Oxford’s carpentry workshop and studied at the prestigious Lord Snowdon Summer School.
