Jasmine is best known for being the face of Channel 4’s award-winning show A Place in the Sun – Home or Away, for which she has filmed a mammoth 200 episodes which have taken her all over the world. She has travelled to all the four corners of the earth, searching for the best properties for her house- hunters.

 Since Jasmine landed this presenting opportunity in 2004 ratings of the show have more than doubled and it is now broadcast in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The daily programme has racked up several award nominations from the RTS and Broadcast awards and won the prestigious TRIC Award. Jasmine has been integral to the programme’s success, with her natural and sunny attitude she appeals to all members of the audience and represents a generation of stylish 30 something women.

Previously Jasmine has also featured in property, travel and health and fitness programmes for GMTV, This Morning, The Travel Channel and Wedding TV. Jasmine is also an in demand writer and has written features for Company, Living Abroad and My Travel magazines. She is the resident travel columnist for LOOK magazine, and a regular contributor to A Place in the Sun Magazine. Jasmine gives presentations at A Place in the Sun LIVE and is also a regular on BBC Radio Kent where she joins Pj and Harris for some Showbiz Gossip on a Sunday.

Before her presenting career kicked off, Jasmine worked in the Health Club Industry. She is a qualified fitness instructor, and lived in the Algarve working as a marketing manager for a luxury health resort. Here she began writing professionally, and hosted her own twice-weekly live magazine show on the Algarve’s most popular radio station, Kiss FM.

Jasmine supports a number of charities, she became a celebrity waiter in aid of Nelson Mandela’s Children’s fund, and traded on the stock market for Breast Cancer Care. She also went dog sledding in the Arctic for the Dog’s Trust – not exactly a place in the sun!

Jasmine is still passionate about health and well-being. She enjoys boxercise, salsa and Savante, and has been a vegetarian for 30 years. Whenever she has the chance, Jasmine loves to travel, however as the eldest of seven children, she loves nothing more than catching up with her family. Jasmine grew up in Hackney, East London and now lives with her husband Jon and their dog Shadow.
